It’s been really hot where we live, but my garden has been thriving. I’ve been getting a lot of zucchini in particular. Some of them grew too big in fact, and therefore are not very tender. One of the nice things about being home with family is that my son has developed an interest to cook with me. We enjoy making breakfast together on the weekend.
