Sesame beef is a Korean dish that is loaded with flavor but is very easy to make at home. You just need a few standard ingredients and a bit of preparation ahead of time so that the beef can marinate. This is a bit healthier than you might find in an Asian restaurant because it uses less oil and the beef is not deep fried.

Madras Beef Curry

Last week I was looking through my old cook book of curries from around the world. One of the beef recipes caught my eye. It is called Madras beef curry made with chunky potatoes and peas. This curry sounded very delicious, easy, and simple as it uses ready-made curry paste. I thought I can make some since I had some madras curry powder on hand.

Mushroom Burger with House Sauce

It seems like there is no end to possible burger recipes, and I wouldn’t bother you with another except this one is pretty unique. My house sauce is probably like nothing you’ve tasted, as it has hints of sriracha and cinnamon as well as other more standard ingredients. As you can tell from the name, this burger has mushrooms, but this is a “blended burger” meaning that the mushrooms get into the burger in a creative way.
