Ham Salad Sandwich

If you follow my blog you might have noticed that I like to use ham a lot. I like ham for its taste and because I often find a good deal on it at the grocery store. I typically first make a ham dinner with part of it, and then have lots of leftover ham from which I make a variety of dishes. One of the easiest and most popular is ham salad. I serve this as an appetizer or as a filling for a sandwich.

Easy Guacamole

I don’t remember the first time I ever had guacamole, but it’s not something that I grew up with. It’s one of those things that I discovered as an adult and really love to eat any chance I get. Today I have an easy guacamole recipe for you to make. It uses fresh avocados, onions, tomatoes, and a few other ingredients. This is fast and easy to make and so much better than anything you would find ready-made in the store.

Hawaiian-Inspired Rice Bowl

A few weeks back, I went to visit a local farm stand where I picked out some radishes. I used the radish greens in my saag bhaji recipe. The rest of the radishes were stored in my refrigerator, waiting to be used. Radishes can last a long time in the fridge. However, I needed space for new dishes! I decided to use those radishes in a poke bowl.
